Where are we?
Urbanisation Tropicana is situated only a few metres from a safe sandy beach at the foot of the Sierra Almijara Mountains and only two kilometres from the heart of Nerja.

What we do...
We sell whole and fractional ownership of property on Tropicana. We also do holiday rentals and have a holiday club. Owners on Tropicana can exchange their week(s) for other resorts around the world.

The Resort...
Tropicana has been designed in typical Andalucian style and is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens, giving the whole area a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.  The Villas all have lovely views of the surrounding countryside and mountains and are built to a very high standard using only the best quality materials available and the ongoing maintenance programme ensures the whole complex is always kept in very good order. Our Club House offers internet access to all Holiday Makers.  The Club House Restaurant and Bar has wifi enabled.

Overlooking the entrance to Tropicana is the resorts El Avalon restaurant where you can experience fine dining under the stars, with fantastic views of the beach,Nerja town and the mountains.

Accommodation...
Each of our duplex villas have been furnished in their unique style, however, some basic details are the same.  Each unit is built on two floors.  The ground floor has a spacious lounge dining room with comfortable furniture, a television with full satellite system, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and a full compliment of crockery.  There is a small cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  Outside has a covered terrace with patio table and chairs and small mature garden.  Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double, and one twin each with fitted wardrobes.  There is a spacious bathroom and a sun terrace with loungers.

In addition to the Duplex villas, we also have one, three bedroom and studio apartments, and are all equipped to a very high standard and include all towels, linen cutlery, crockery, iron, hairdryer, in fact, everything you need for a comfortable holiday.

All apartments and Villas have air-conditioning.

Tropicana has a large swimming pool available for its guests and it is open from 1st April until 31st October.

Reception Information...
The Reception Office for Apartments is at the side of Club Tropicana Bar & Restaurant which is situated in the centre of Urbanization Tropicana.

Reception Hours: 10.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday and Saturday 12.00 - 18.00  Sunday - Closed

The Apartments are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and should be vacated on the day of departure at 10.00 - Arrivals after 18.00, the keys will be in Tropicana Bar.

Tropicana Entertainment...
Evening Entertainment- The Tropicana Bar provides a variety of Entertainment including Karaoke, Magic Show, Quiz Nights, BBQ or Full Evening Menu available. Food served throughout the day. Internet connection available in the bar.

Reception Services...
Car Hire- We can arrange competitive Car Hire we only need Passport Number and Flight Details. Your car can be available for you at the Airport or the Resort.

Taxis...
Our reservations office can order a taxi or minibus from the airport in advance .

Excursions...
These can be booked at the Office between 10.00-13.30 and 16.00-18.00 Monday to Friday Cash only.

Hire...
Cots, High Chairs, DVD Players and Videos can be hired from Reception or pre-booked.

Safety Deposit Boxes...
These are available from Reception.

Swimming Pool...
The Pool is open from 1st April through to 31st October.

Carnivals & Fiestas...
The Carnival is in February and the Feria is the 2nd week of October.
